Talks: Regular oral presentations will be 15 minutes (12 minutes talk, 2 minutes discussion, 1 minute room change). Presenters must follow the assigned times to ensure the six concurrent sessions are synchronised. Loud music will play during the transition period to ensure speakers cannot speak overtime. The next speaker’s timeslot starts as soon as the music stops.

To enable the staff to handle the technical aspects in an efficient way, all presentations must
be prepared according to the following guidelines:
Talks must be uploaded locally in the room of your symposium, latest the day before your presentation. There will be staff around that can help you with upload. Talks will run in Microsoft Power Point on a windows computer (16:9 widescreen format; no apple system available; own computers cannot be used). If you are using another system/program, please, test your presentation beforehand in power point on a windows computer. There will also be some preview computers available at the congress. There will be no direct internet access during the talk, so videos and movies must be embedded within your presentation. The presentations must be named as follows: session number, day, time, last name of presenter (e.g. S5_Thursday_10:15_Mueller).
